A Japanese pharmaceutical company is currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Assistant in Dusseldorf in Germany within international working environment.
An ideal candidate should have business level of German and fluent in English and have a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations specific to the pharmaceutical industry in Germany.
You will work closely with some managers within Quality unit.
50% working from home is acceptable.
TYPE : Permanent, full-time (probation : 6 months)
WORKING HOURS : 37.5 hours per week (core time : 10 : 00-16 : 00)
SALARY : €45-55k, depending on experience
START : ASAP
LOCATION : Dusseldorf, Germany (providing hybrid working arrangement up to 50%)
Quality Assurance Assistant Main Responsibilities :
- Ensure adherence to GMP regulations and company quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits
- Cooperate in the preparation and independent monitoring of the annual QM planning
- Support in customer service with technical and quality-related issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the quality assurance function
- Stay abreast of updates to relevant regulations and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry
- Supporting managers (qualified person) within Quality unit
Quality Assurance Assistant Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of GMP regulations in Germany
- Fluency in German and English languages is required
- Japanese language or understanding Japanese corporate culture is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
