Cost Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

g2 are currently engaged by a consultancy to support the delivery of their current projects on a freelance basis.

Working hybrid from their offices in South Munich, you will be given a range of projects to pick up.

• Construction cost planning in the context of requirements, preliminary and draft planning
• Examination or plausibility check of cost calculations by third parties
• Examination of the economic viability of competition designs / projects
• Evaluation or determination of building costs
• Further development of cost planning in the BIM environment
• Collaboration in database-oriented characteristic value determination
• Cooperation with architects, specialist planners and clients
• Independent processing of projects in a team
