Whatyou’lldo :

• Independentlyperform installations, maintenance, and repairs on our standard andcustomized systems, including chromatography, protein & celltherapy systems as well as filter integrity testers, afterreceiving appropriatetraining
• Proactivelyplan and execute customer visits as part of service contracts,projects, and maintenance blocks, establishing long-term andtrusted customer relationships, with timely document customervisits andservices
• Supportsales account managers and sales specialists, actively assistingwith service product sales and collaborate with internal partnersto generate new equipment leads and support growthinitiatives

Whoyouare :

• Youhave successfully completed electrical engineering education orhold a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or TechnicalAssistant (MTA, CTA, LTA) orequivalent
• Youbring 2+ years of experience in field service and hold a validdriver’slicense
• Youare fluent in both spoken and written German and English, with agenuine passion for working in a multiculturalenvironment

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein :

• Youpossess strong technical-analytical skills and problem-solvingabilities
• Basicknowledge of chromatography or similar technologies isadvantageous.
• Workexperience under GLP / GMPconditions
