Human Capital Management Software Project Managers

Company Description

Our client is a global HCM software company, providing HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Time and Attendance, Benefits and Applicant Tracking solutions. Their team in Germany is expanding, and they are looking for Senior Project Managers with HCM expertise to manage client facing implementation projects. Remote based anywhere in Germany. Must speak fluent German and good Business English. Will travel to client meetings in Germany from time to time. €74k to €120k plus car allowance, bonus and benefits depending on experience.

Role Description

These are full-time remote roles for Senior and Principal Project Managers. The roles involve client engagement, matrix management of internal resources and collaboration with teams company wide. Plan and manage projects using a formal methodology. Manage risks, issues, communication, budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementations of Human Capital Management software - HR, Workforce Management, or Payroll.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of one or more formal project management methodology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience with HCM software is essential
• MUST be based in Germany and speak fluent German and good English
