Your proactive approach and passion for sales will help you create and convert sales leads, driving in new business partnerships at local and regional levels.

The Programme

Launched in 2022, the Partnership Sales Programme is all about accelerating the growth of our client s global network. With over 200 Partner Sales Managers in 50 countries, they ve signed more than 1,000 new partner deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver new partner locations annually, increasing system revenue by €5m+ per year.
  • Target building owners, franchise operators, and competitors, using diverse business development strategies.
  • Increase market visibility through B2B connections.
  • Identify and pitch to prospective partners via networking, canvassing, and cold-calling.
  • Source partners for rapid network growth, either by converting existing buildings or securing new ones.
  • Sell partnership solutions, turn interest into negotiations, and secure new deals.
  • Work closely with the legal team to finalize contracts.
  • Spend significant time in the field generating leads, meeting customers, and closing deals.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven sales and / or B2B business development experience in a dynamic business environment.
  • Self-starter with a track record of generating interest and delivering results.
  • Ability to quickly find and convert deals with tenacity and dedication.
  • Demonstrable experience in sourcing and closing multiple significant deals (€250k+).
  • Independent, deal-focused mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present compelling narratives to various audiences.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Professional proficiency in English and fluency in German
