Reliability Engineer
We are now looking to fill the above role which reports into the Regional RCM Manager – Nutrition, to act as a key member of the Nutrition Reliability Excellence Team (RET) analyzing maintenance and operating methods, as well as equipment failures including root cause analysis and implement practices to cost effectively improve on equipment reliability.
Your Responsibilities
- To provide expertise and guidance in work management processes with the effective usage of maintenance planning, scheduling and execution processes.
- To participate in engineering activities that improve the reliability of equipment.
- To utilizing ADM’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to identify efficiencies / improvements that can be made.
- To work with operations leadership to develop, coordinate, and conduct technical reliability studies and evaluations in order to maintain reliability of equipment.
- To investigate and analyze relevant variables potentially affecting processes and assets.
- To compile reports and make recommendations for corrective measures to meet acceptable reliability excellence standards.
- To provide plant engineering with technical support on reliability issues with respect to key KPI compliance.
- To lead root cause failure analysis and preventive and predictive maintenance programs towards the proactive model.
- To be responsible for integration of reliability designs, maintenance strategies, and maintainability into capital projects.
- To support capital projects in order to incorporate reliability design and maintainability into new equipment and processes.
- To lead and coordinate the other reliability disciplines to develop PMs, spare parts, predictive strategies, and installation standards for new equipment and lead the maintenance commissioning plan.
- To assist in any training / mentoring / coaching requirements for maintenance and operations colleagues in the value of reliability, preventative and predicative maintenance programs and methodology.
- To lead by example by performing duties in a safe manner, utilizing all safety equipment, and successfully completes all safety certification requirements
Your Profile
Educated to degree level in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or industrial.Significant industrial maintenance and reliability engineering experience in the pharma / food operations & utilities field is desirable.Strong familiarity with GMP, FDA, and OSHA regulations is preferredCMRP Certification or equivalent preferredWilling to travel up to 50% of the timeGood knowledge on maintenance and spare parts management systems.Working knowledge of SAP S / 4 Hana - Plant Maintenance is desirable.Condition Based Monitoring certified, including Vibration, Infrared, Alignment, Ultrasonic, Motor Circuit, and Lubrication analysis is preferred.Background in rotating equipment, seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers, and material handling equipment.A proven ability to organize and prioritize effectively.Good communications, persuasion and influencing skills with colleagues at all levels.Able to communicate in English to a business level and additional European language skills (particularly German and French) would be an advantage.Your Future Perspective
