Tasks

Define product vision strategy and roadmap.
Conduct market research to identify pain points and opportunities.
Gather and prioritize user feedback to enhance app functionality and user experience.
Work closely with UX / UI designers to ensure a datadriven and intuitive interface.
Develop feature requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering teams to manage product development cycles.
Ensure seamless integration with business intelligence tools.
Monitor app performance analytics and KPIs to drive datainformed decisions.
Stay ahead of industry trends competitor products and emerging technologies.
Oversee endtoend app operations including deployment maintenance and customer support.
Optimize internal workflows and automation to improve efficiency in product updates and releases.
Manage partnerships with thirdparty service providers (e.g. API vendors cloud platforms).
Work with sales marketing and customer success teams to ensure product adoption and retention.
Implement feedback loops between users and development teams to accelerate improvements.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR SOC 2).
Develop training materials documentation and onboarding processes for users.
Track operational metrics SLA compliance and overall app stability.

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment (app experience is an advantage)

Bachelors Degree in a business or managementrelated field preferred

Great command of English German or Russian is considered a plus
