Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Courier, Express, and Parcel (CEP) Operations. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our CEP delivery network, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of packages to our customers.
You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing delivery routes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CEP operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the COO and senior leadership team to develop and execute the strategic vision for CEP operations, including setting goals, defining KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEP delivery network, ensuring that packages are delivered on time and in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Route Optimization : Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce transit times, and increase delivery efficiency, leveraging data analytics and route optimization software.
- Performance Monitoring : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the CEP operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing team of CEP operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive employee engagement and performance.
- Vendor Management : Cultivate and maintain relationships with third-party courier partners and vendors, negotiating contracts, monitoring service levels, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the CEP operations team, identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
- Customer Satisfaction : Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless delivery experience for customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
