  • Lead and manageLycamobile’s digital acquisition channels, ensuring alignment withbusiness goals and targets.
  • Oversee campaignperformance across paid media, social media, affiliates, and SEO todrive gross adds.
  • Validate daily deliverablesfrom JSM and ensure they align with cost-effectiveness andstrategicobjectives.

  • Recruitand onboard an in-house digital team,including :
  • Social MediaManager
  • ContentCreator
  • Paid MediaManager
  • SEOSpecialist
  • AffiliatesSpecialist
  • Develop role-specific KPIs andensure the team is equipped to take over operationalresponsibilities from externalagencies.
  • CustomerJourneyOptimization :

  • Evaluateand optimize Lycamobile’s website customer journey to enhance userexperience and increase conversions.
  • Benchmarkagainst market competitors and implement best practices to improvedigitaltouchpoints.
  • AgencyMonitoring andEvaluation :

  • Monitor andvalidate JSM’s performance, ensuring daily activities meet businessgoals and deliver value for spend.
  • BenchmarkJSM’s commercial terms and services against other leading digitalagencies in the telecom sector.
  • Provideactionable recommendations based on a thorough evaluation ofalternativeagencies.
  • PerformanceMeasurement &Reporting :

  • Regularlyanalyze and report on digital acquisition performance metrics,including ROI and gross adds.
  • Identify areasfor improvement and implement strategies to optimize campaignoutcomes.
  • Ensure timely resolution of allidentified challenges impactingperformance.
  • StakeholderCollaboration :

  • Workclosely with internal stakeholders to address issues promptly andalign digital initiatives with broader businessgoals.
  • Act as a key liaison between Lycamobileand JSM to ensure seamless communication and execution ofstrategies.
  • KeyPerformance Indicators(KPIs) :

  • Gross addsachieved through digital channels.
  • Successfulonboarding of the in-house digital team within the consultingperiod.
  • Improvement in website customer journeymetrics (e.g., conversion rates, bouncerates).
  • Effective cost management and maximizedROI on digital spend.
  • Streamlined processes forcollaboration between the in-house team and externalagencies.
  • Qualifications :

  • Demonstratedexpertise in digital acquisition and sales within telecom orrelated industries.
  • Proven ability to recruit,onboard, and manage high-performing digitalteams.
  • Experience optimizing website userexperiences and conversion rates.
