We're seeking an experienced field and events marketing manager to drive pipeline growth and accelerate market adoption. You'll work with our sales team to develop, execute, and host high-impact events and campaigns. Your field and event marketing initiatives will acquire and move prospects through our funnel, strengthening customer relationships and driving business expansion. This role is critical to building connections with our target audience through events while maintaining a strong focus on brand development and revenue generation.

Your Mission
As Field & Events Marketing Manager, your goal is to develop and implement a comprehensive global field marketing strategy that drives brand strength, and pipeline growth, enhances customer engagement, and delivers measurable business impact.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Develop and implement strategic global field marketing plans that align with SPREAD's sales objectives and drive pipeline growth;
- Collaborate closely with Sales to develop strategies for converting leads into opportunities and customers into champions;
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of field marketing activities;
- Create and implement customer champion programs to foster strong relationships and drive advocacy;
- Design and host high-impact events including webinars, roundtables, customer dinners, networking events, and in-person demos;
- Build and nurture a strong brand community through events and social engagement;
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform field marketing initiatives
- Oversee merchandise and marketing materials management for all field activities;
- Identify and secure speaking or exhibition opportunities at industry conferences, managing the entire speaker / exhibition process end-to-end;
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for event logistics, booth management, and merchandise.

Work Experience : 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, event mgmt., retail experience, or similar roles, preferably in manufacturing industries, tech / SaaS, or retail / luxury goods;Customer empathy : Curiosity and passion for creating unique, engaging experiences that resonate with C-Suite, execs, and technical audiences in manufacturing industries;Strategic Thinker : Developing a field & event marketing strategy selecting the highest impact events to host or be present at, what to do, and how to stand out to drive impact;Event Marketing : Proven track record of planning, executing, and hosting inspiring, memorable, and delightful (B2B) events, both virtual & in-person – with a particular focus on content composition, speaker acquisition, moderating, and event management;Pipeline Generation : Experience in developing and implementing strategies that drive qualified leads and opportunities;Project Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and strong reliability and ownership;Cross-functional Leadership : Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing & Product teams aligning stakeholders and getting critical inputs;Relationship Building : Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders –being highly responsive & managing expectations;Industry knowledge : Familiarity with manufacturing industries, B2B SaaS knowledge, and AI is a plus;Data Analysis : Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on marketing metrics and ROI;Communication : Excellent English language skills - verbal and written – proficient German is a plus.Why us?
