The Inside Sales Account Manager (d / f / m) isresponsible for represent Cytiva and to function as a primarycustomer point of contact in all allocated accounts and in theterritory for Bioprocess customersegments.
This positionreports to the Regional Bioprocess Sales Leader and is part of theCentral Bioprocess Sales Team and will be fully remote in Germany .
Whatyou will do :
Withscientific expertise and strong business acumen, you conductprofessional sales calls via telephone to drive profitable salesgrowth
Respond to customerinquiries
Use Salesforce.comto track activities, gather customer information, and cultivateopportunities
Collaboratewith internal and external team members to develop account-specificstrategies
Develop proposal,generate quote, negotiate with customer stakeholders and finalizeproductspecifications
Whoyou are :
Bachelor'sdegree in Science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry) or Business, orequivalentqualification
Several yearsof relevant sales experience in a B2Benvironment
Demonstratedsuccess in meeting or exceeding salestargets
Proficientorganizational skills to follow up and close opportunities toestablish strong customerrelationships
Experiencewith digital prospecting tools and inbound leadqualification
FluentlyGerman and English languageskills
Travel,Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / EnvironmentRequirements :
Abilityto travel – around 20% travel, including customer visits, fieldtravel for development, and teammeetings
