Bei 50Hertz gestalte ich die Strategie der Business Chapter-Organisation mit, führe das Team im Bereich Digitalization System Operation und trage zur Erreichung der strategischen Ziele bei.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Bei 50Hertz habe ich die einzigartige Gelegenheit, aktiv die Strategie der Business Chapter-Organisation mitzugestalten und umzusetzen. Als Teil unseres Teams übernehme ich die disziplinare Führung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeiter*innen in der Chapter-Organisation im Bereich Digitalization System Operation. Ich arbeite nicht nur daran, innovative Lösungen für die Spannungshaltung im Höchstspannungsnetz zu implementieren, sondern trage auch maßgeblich dazu bei, die strategischen und unternehmerischen Ziele unserer Systemführung und von 50Hertz zu verwirklichen. Dieses Umfeld bietet mir die Chance, mein Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und mich in Übereinstimmung mit den organisatorischen Richtlinien optimal zu entfalten.
