Product Manager - Power Supply Solutions

Location : Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Full-time, permanent role

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management
Technical expertise in charging / battery technology such as charging systems, DC-DC converters, power modules
Fluency in English, and minimum B2 level in German.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for industrial vehicle battery charging products in the EMEA region.

Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure complete, customer-focused product documentation.

Adapt value propositions and messages to the EMEA market, aligning with product development, sales, and marketing communications teams.

Collect and analyse market information and customer feedback to refine product strategies.

Monitor and track product and project status.

Conduct training and workshops for sales staff, partners, and customers on product features, benefits, and positioning.

Represent the product at trade fairs with the sales and marketing communications team.
