Chief Information Security Officer
I’m actively partnered with a leading, global, household name within a regulated industry to help search for Chief Information Security officer who will manage and lead the Information Security department, taking responsibility for managing all information security risks.
In addition to supporting the executive team and assist in developing secure products for customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise all aspects of Information Security, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Engineering, and Strategy
- Provide regular status reports on the Information Security program to the executive team and other stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of information security experts, fostering both personal and professional growth.
- Work closely with other leaders and software engineering teams to understand their needs and adapt the security program accordingly.
- Monitor and manage security incidents.
- Plan and manage the security budget.
Qualifications / Key Skills :
- Over 10 years of experience in various Information Security domains
- Extensive experience leading security initiatives in regulated environments
- Proficiency with security requirements in cloud-native environments
- Strong understanding of contemporary software development processes and best practices
- Ability to empathize with and influence key stakeholders to meet security goals.
