TAX / VAT Business Operations Manager

They are in search of a Senior Business operations manager, specialising in VAT, to join their team in Stuttgart.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the growth of local and international subsidiaries.
- Leverage technology to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes to optimize workflow and performance.
- Document current and future processes in the Tax Compliance Management System (Tax-CMS), with a focus on VAT, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Develop presentations and decision documents for stakeholders, effectively communicating results and recommendations.
- Partner with the tax department as a trusted advisor to overcome challenges and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of experience in a tax department.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with fluency in German and English.
- An independent, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality.
