What will you do?

• Be the go-to person for German clients : onboarding, training, and driving adoption during online meetings, as well as in-person visits at their offices.
• Build and optimize customer success processes for the German market .
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients get the most out of the platform.
• Gather feedback and work closely with product and leadership teams.
• Attend events to broaden the German network ( no sales skills needed! ).
