Overview
Asthe Head of Sales, you will lead the development and execution ofthe company’s sales strategy for our portfolio, focused onimproving the ICU. You will be responsible for achieving salestargets, building and leading a high-performing sales team, andfostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders inhospitals, clinics, and healthcaresystems.
KeyResponsibilities
- Developand implement a robust sales strategy to achieve company revenueand growth objectives.
- Collaborate withmarketing, product development, and operations teams to ensurealignment of sales strategies with organizationalgoals.
- Build, manage, and mentor ahigh-performing sales team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities,and performance metrics.
- Represent the companyat industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcaseproducts and build brandawareness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’sdegree in business, healthcare, or a related field (MBApreferred).10+ years of experience in medicaldevice sales, with at least 5 years in a leadershiprole.Proven success in sales leadership withinthe ventilation or critical care medical deviceindustry.J-18808-Ljbffr
