We, as Media Technology & IT department, are responsible for all media technology within the Red Bull Media House. We operate over a hundred different applications and tools;
from our self-developed media platform to one of the most technically advanced TV studios in Europe. Data and Data driven decisions are an essential part of this setup.
Job Description
DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN DATA PRODUCTS
In this role, you'll understand business demands to build the right data products enabling business units to make informed decisions in the field of media marketing.
DRIVE AND ENSURE A PROPER DATA ARCHITECTURE
Additionally, you'll lead data architecture and engineering within the PEMO scope, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
MANAGE DATA INTEGRATION AND WORKFLOWS
You'll establish and continuously improve data integrations and workflows, particularly in the media marketing setup.
DATA DRIVEN ORGANISATION
To remain successful as an organization we need to continue our journey growing as data driven organization. In your role, you'll work with other teams to shape the PEMO technical landscape and integrate data systems effectively.
TEAM & COLLABORATION
Last but not least, you'll be a strong & communicative member of our department to drive our data journey by building (big) data setups and architectures as well as inspire other team members to think and evolve into this direction.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of data, data modelling and data driven decisions
Data or media technology focused education or equivalent work experience
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Strong experience with (big) data technologies and best practices managing large datasets
Very good communication and organization skills
Proficiency with data modelling and engineering, Big Data, ETL / ELT, SQL, DDD
Persistent, systemic and analytical thinking with an attention to detail
Experience in media data setups (recommended)
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.
229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
