Key job responsibilities
- Partner with the 3P Selection team to leverage techniques from econometrics, computer science, and statistics to measure seller experience and its impact on selection growth
- Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions to track selection metrics across EU marketplaces
- Create innovative dashboards and reporting tools to support selection growth strategies and catalog gap analysis
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists to develop selection guidance tools and frameworks
- Support strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and data-driven insights
- Drive automation and improvement of selection reporting mechanisms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze selection trends and opportunities

The 3P Selection team is responsible for driving Amazon's EU marketplace selection strategy, managing a catalog of 2.3B items. You'll work alongside Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other BIEs to develop and implement solutions that enhance selection growth and improve the seller experience across EU marketplaces.
