About the Role

Join our commercial team in Hamburg as a Key Account Manager, focusing on growing accounts within the German Off trade and Wholesale Open Market.

Responsibilities include :

• Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
• Market Analysis : Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Negotiation & Contract Management : Preparing, conducting, implementing and controlling annual negotiations and agreements in alignment with Trade Terms and the National Group Account Manager
• Performance Monitoring : Track account performance against targets. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Innovation & Collaboration : Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer demands while maintaining our internal KPI’s
