What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage and develop the team of talent acquisition specialists
  • Lead the recruitment process for all levels of roles, from job opening to onboarding of new employees
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and quality recruitment
  • Build a pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external agencies, schools, and recruitment platforms
  • Manage social media channels, career website, and recruitment marketing efforts to showcase the company culture and values
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience through every touchpoint in the recruitment process
  • Continuously refine and improve interview processes and recruitment tools to streamline and enhance the candidate journey
  • Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in attracting talent
  • Provide regular reporting on talent acquisition metrics

This offer is for you if :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with close attention to detail and accuracy and meet deadlines
  • Excellent ability to communicate in both, oral and written in English and French
  • Excellent IT-skills (MS Office) and proficient usage of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management software
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for providing positive candidate and employee experiences
