Next Job Abroad is excited to offer a rewarding position for a German Speaking Content Moderator to join our enthusiastic team in Malta, with fully paid relocation included! This role is ideal for individuals keen to leverage their language capabilities in a fast-paced, engaging environment.

As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that user-generated content meets community guidelines and standards. You will help create a safer online experience, making it vital for individuals who are detail-oriented and dedicated to quality. If you're passionate about online safety and content management, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review, evaluate, and moderate an array of user-generated content for compliance with guidelines.
  • Identify inappropriate content and address violations promptly.
  • Document moderation actions and contribute to reporting and analysis.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to enhance moderation workflows.
  • Stay informed about updates to content moderation standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and a solid command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous, yet not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and community building.
  • Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment and embrace evolving guidelines.
  • Must be open to relocating to Malta and integrating into a collaborative team culture.
