Continuous Improvement Manager, EU ATS (Sofort einstellen)

This position will support Amazon Transportation Services and driveoperational excellence and project management across the EU FulfillmentCenter, Sort Center, Air Node, and Delivery Station network.

A successfulcandidate will have experience managing large and complex projects with biasfor action needed in a startup environment.

• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing prioritiessimultaneously.Key job responsibilities· Drive network level excellence by designing and implementing systems,metrics and programs that maximize compliance, productivity and continuousimprovement.
• Build strong partnership with operations field leaders to identify impact ofnew business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them onsite.
• Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices andimprove end to end outcomes for Amazon customers.
• Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools andsystems to support the growth of the business.· Support to improve the vision, content, and delivery of standard work andACES Training program.
• Create benchmark standards and audit process· Analyze and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding rootcauses.

And we use the expertiseof our people to get packages to their destination.### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS· Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or othertechnical field (or higher) or extensive Amazon experience· Proven progressive responsibility in warehouse operations, logistics,transportation planning, carrier management, supply chain or related field· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (or higher)· Exposure to program and project management· Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional and regional programsinfluencing different stakeholders groups· Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel· Approximately 30-40% travel required### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
