Requirements :

• Completed training as IT specialist (m / f / d) or similar qualifications
• First professional experience in customer care / helpdesk / support
• Basic IT skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Dynamics or another ERP system is desirable
• Problem-solving skills and strong teamwork mindset
• Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities :

Classification and forwarding of inquiries from the first level support

Maintenance of hardware

Onsite support activities

Management of mobile phone contracts and mobile devices

Management of mobile function devices, maintenance contracts, consumables, and technician assignments

Support for inventories and maintenance of hardware databases
