We’re looking for a  Master Data Specialist  to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our product data—critical to our operations and growth.

In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple departments and work hands-on with SAP to support our supply chain processes.

Your responsibilities :

  • Precheck, revision and validation of internal product files
  • Create and control all the articles finished goods and components
  • Creation and adjustment of bill of material
  • Assignment of routings for finished products (order of operations, processes steps, which need to be carried out)
  • Assignment of production versions
  • Creation of the production specification sheets
  • Follow-up of SAP product development flow
  • Verification and validation of good to prints
  • Support of production with master data related tasks

Your profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school graduation
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Required languages : German and English, all other language is an asset
  • Able to work well with others in a team environment as well as individually
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented
  • Must be open to learning, collaborating, and helping where needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 1-2 years’ direct experience in SAP Master Data is a plus
