Tasks

What will you do?

As a Cloud Security Solution Manager (m / w / d) with expertise in Microsoft technologies, you will play a crucial role in fostering business growth for Cloud Security and nurturing NVISO's client relationships in Germany and abroad. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, responding to their needs, and coordinating projects with technical expertise. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, soft skills and technical knowledge to effectively communicate and deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs.

As a Cloud Security Solution Manager (m / w / d) based in Germany, you will focusing on :

• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor in understanding their business objectives and technical requirements related to Microsoft cloud technologies like Azure, Microsoft 365, and Purview.
• Presales activities : Respond to RFPs, develop and present compelling business proposals tailored to client needs, leveraging your technical expertise of Microsoft solutions and the input from other Consultants, to offer competitive and viable options.
• Solution Design : Designing and recommending cloud security architectures and strategies tailored to the business needs and compliance requirements of customers.
• Managing the sales pipeline : Maintain active communication with clients post-proposal submission to address their questions and adapt strategies as needed. Track opportunities in NVISO's internal platform.
• Project Management : Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute projects aligned with technical and business objectives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Functional Manager : Act as the Functional Manager providing guidance, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement, and managing Goals & Objectives as well as yearly reviews of direct reports.

Requirements

This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with business acumen, and thrives in a dynamic environment where they can significantly impact business outcomes through strategic planning and execution.

Holding cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or even CompTIA Security+ is considered a plus.
