Professional Profile

Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex IT and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on communication technologies, system rollouts, and large-scale deployments in highly regulated environments. Proven track record in leading rollout subprojects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Experienced in managing suppliers, logistics, contracts, and resources while maintaining strict compliance with defined standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for the results, timely delivery, and commissioning of contractually agreed IT and communication systems across multiple locations
• Planning, coordination, and control of rollout subprojects for secure video conferencing and communication solutions
• Central point of contact between all involved parties, including customers, field service teams, suppliers, and operational units
• Interface between project execution and operational service transition
• Planning, preparation, and moderation of internal and external workshops
• Development, optimization, and coordination of rollout and deployment processes
• Management and coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, and material logistics
• Contract and requirement management for external service providers
• Resource planning and allocation within the assigned subproject
• Responsibility for adherence to project objectives regarding schedule, budget, and quality
• Support of overall project management activities, including reporting, project planning, and customer communication
• Cross-project coordination of dependencies, risks, and change requests
• Continuous improvement of collaboration and efficiency within the project team (e.g. lessons learned workshops)
• Ensuring compliance with defined project governance, standards, and internal guidelines
