Responsibilities :

  • Provide support as a competent HR business partner, change agent and members of the management team;
  • Proactively build and promote strong employee trust and open communication between all levels through the use of Leadership Principles, Nio Values and Code of Conduct;
  • Owning the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding;
  • Collaborating with global HR teams to ensure a seamless delivery of HR services to the organization;
  • Continuous further development of HR processes, instruments, and systems as well as collaborating in HR projects;
  • Supporting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance and best practices;
  • Analyzing workforce trends and proposing solutions that support the achievement of business objectives;
  • Actively participating in shaping the operational and cultural set-up driven by our NIO values.

Qualifications :

  • University degree or comparable training and further education;
  • Previous HR experience in a fast pace, high growth environment;
  • Employee and service-oriented approach to work;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Capability to finding the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities;
  • Start-up mentality;
  • Fluent in German and English both oral and written;
