Responsibilities :

Provide support as a competent HR business partner, change agent and members of the management team;
Proactively build and promote strong employee trust and open communication between all levels through the use of Leadership Principles, Nio Values and Code of Conduct;
Owning the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding;
Collaborating with global HR teams to ensure a seamless delivery of HR services to the organization;
Continuous further development of HR processes, instruments, and systems as well as collaborating in HR projects;
Supporting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance and best practices;
Analyzing workforce trends and proposing solutions that support the achievement of business objectives;
Actively participating in shaping the operational and cultural set-up driven by our NIO values.

Qualifications :

University degree or comparable training and further education;

Previous HR experience in a fast pace, high growth environment;

Employee and service-oriented approach to work;

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as strong communication and organizational skills;

Capability to finding the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities;

Start-up mentality;

Fluent in German and English both oral and written;
