• Communication between the specialist departments in the development of technical process and IT requirements as a single point of contact for the specialist departments
• Independent analysis, conception and implementation of new technical requirements in cooperation with IT and the supported STORE MANAGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES or FINANCE departments
• Technical and procedural analysis of processes in various areas of the company to derive optimization potential and recommendations for action
• Design and modeling of target processes
• Creation of functional descriptions in collaboration with application consultants and joint coordination of implementation
• Conception of tests and participation in various test phases
• Planning and implementation of key and end user trainings
• For the Berlin location : travel to the company headquarters in Braunschweig

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training
• Ideally several years of experience in one or more of the following areas Financial accounting, in controlling, treasury, in group tax, CAFM or in a consulting environment
• Knowledge of recording and structuring technical requirements
• Understanding of processes, analytical and solution-oriented thinking and assertiveness
• Ideally knowledge of process modeling and experience with process modeling tools
• Desire and passion to familiarize yourself with new and innovative topics and to help shape the future of a growing company
• Very good German and good English skills
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and hands-on mentality
