In this role you will play a key part in optimizing our customer data improving data quality and supporting collaboration across teams in Germany and Switzerland . You will have the opportunity to work with international CRM and sales processes gaining practical experience that can support your future career development.

Your Responsibilities

• Review and clean up the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Harmonize CRM and sales systems by matching and verifying customer data
• Conduct customer research and profiling based on web sources
• Support the alignment of SharePoint structures between Germany and Switzerland
• Prepare ad-hoc Excel reports and assist with data analysis
