What we offer
We are seeking a Trainee in Business Management GKA CONTI & VITESCO to join our growing team. As a Trainee, you will be fully integrated into the Supply Chain team and will be responsible for supporting our international customer service team, global customers, and multiple departments within ST.
During the 2-year trainee program, you will learn, grow, and take ownership in supporting challenging and business focused tasks. Our ST trainee program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience across multiple departments and domains you are interested in within our site in Germany and abroad. You will have the chance to shape your path and work with multiple customers or across other teams within our Supply Chain Departments or with our Sales & Marketing teams, and sites abroad.
Your first assignment will start with the Business Management GKA CONTI & VITESCO team, where you will have the opportunity to influence ST's internal and external reputation as a technology leader by working with a variety of different stakeholders from different backgrounds, expertise, cultures, and countries.
Main deliverables and experiences gained are :
- Responsible for a business perimeter, the incumbent actively supports revenue target achievement by delivering key tasks :
- Manage sales KPI (deployment, monitoring, analysis, definition of billing risk and opportunity)
- Consolidate and analyze revenue, orders, and market trends.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision making.
- Contribute to business process innovation in collaboration with the rest of the business management community.
- Coordinate and consolidate business central tasks.
- Assure the most accurate customer demand through the ST defined process.
- Performs business data driven analytics to identify trends, areas of excellence and areas of improvement to support in decision making and strategy definition and execution :
- Deploy target on main KPIs (demand, supply plan, backlog confirmation, pricing, backlog loading, allocation, incentives programs and campaigns, stock management 3year plan, ect).
- Consolidate, assess and monitor main KPIs and provide visibility at right level of details.
- Identifies trends, strengths, and areas of improvement, as well as risk and opportunity to reach the main KPIs targets. Collaborates internally to define and monitor actions to close the gaps.

Profile
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Education / Professional Experience : Degree (Bachelor, MBA, MSc), preferred in Science (Engineering or related fields) or Business;Exposure to and deep understanding of market and customer landscape for automotiveKnowledge of working on PowerBI systems and MS365Results-driven approach, strong skills in organizing and planning.Independent, reliable, and relish working collaboratively with others.Passion for high-tech topicsVery good written and oral communication and negotiation skills in English.
