About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the construction and execution of a large-scale solar PV project in Helmstedt. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional with strong technical knowledge of solar and on-site leadership experience .
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site activities to ensure alignment with design, quality, safety, and schedule requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor HSE compliance and conduct regular site inspections
- Review technical documentation and assist with construction planning
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for project managers and external stakeholders
- Manage site reporting, including daily logs, progress updates, and risk assessments
- Support commissioning and handover processes
