Based in our Global Client Care department, the Client Care Operations Manager (m / f / d) will oversee and manage the supply chain & logistics of our spare parts and the quality feedback loop for continuous product improvements. This role includes strong cross-functional & cross regional relationships while following a determined strategic vision.
