What you’ll build

SAP is reinventing how businesses run by embedding AI into every core business process — at scale and with trust.  In this role, you will be part of the team that brings SAP’s AI Strategy to life.

• You will manage and drive the definition, prioritization, development and rollout of SAP’s strategic AI Agents .
• You will translate business needs into scalable AI capabilities, and drive cross‑functional execution across business, process, and engineering teams.
• Your work will directly impact how SAP adopts AI safely and at scale, helping to unlock measurable business value through high‑quality, responsible AI services.
• You will lead the  end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI Agents from mission definition, design, and safety guardrails to evaluation, rollout, and continuous improvement.
• You will be responsible for delivering  outcome‑driven roadmaps that guide the development of next‑generation enterprise AI features, in close alignment with business, process and engineering teams.
• Your leadership will enable SAP to  adopt key AI capabilities faster , improve customer experience, and reduce complexity for global enterprise users.
