We are looking for a Junior Sustainability Consultant - (M/F/X) to join the Consulting team, on a Working Student Contract for 1 year, based in Berlin.

Under the supervision of the Associate Manager ESG Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Discover strategic sustainability topics (e.g. research, regulatory analysis, peer benchmarking)
• Design their sustainability roadmaps (e.g. decarbonization trajectory definition, projects management, action planning)
• Deploy the Deepki ready sustainability platform (platform set-up, configuration, maintenance)
• Measure their performance (e.g. sustainability reporting, sustainability scoring, sustainability certificates)

Your profile:

• Strong interest in real estate and sustainability
• Fit with Deepki’s values: Drive, Commitment, Righteousness and Goodwill
• Innovative and proactive mindset
• Will to learn and grow
• Proficient at using analytical and visualization tools (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
• Curious about our data driven sustainability platform Deepki Ready
• Excellent listening and proactive communication skills
• Fluent in German & English
• Pursuing a Degree in Engineering, Business, Social Sciences, Architecture, or similar disciplines
• Based in Berlin

Nice to have skills:

• Experience in real estate and/or sustainability
• Programming skills (Python/R)
• Proficiency in additional languages
