The Senior Manager Continuous Improvement (m / f / d) -DBS Leader (DBS is the acronym for D anaher B usiness S ystem and consists of a variety of differentinternal & external improvement tools) for Cytiva isresponsible for d rivingimprovements.

This position is partof the Manufacturing Site located in Dassel (Germany) and will bean on-site position. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance futuretherapeutics from discovery todelivery.

What youwill do :

Drivetargeted, sustainable improvement in QDCI (Quality, Delivery, Costand Innovation) that is tied to Policy Deployment (PD) and / or DailyManagement (DM) by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and thechange management process atDassel

Assist Dassel companyLeadership in the development of a DBSRoadmap

Directly provideformal and informal DBS training andcoaching

Facilitate otherDBS training sessions when appropriate (other trainers andconsultants from Danaher, Shingijutsu or other) and be an activeLeader in PD and Daily Managementreviews

Ensure successfulkaizen events by installing and ensuring compliance to the kaizenprocess (includes; (1) planning of kaizens with a dynamic funnelprocess tied to PD and Daily Management, (2) kaizen execution and(3) sustainment ofkaizens).

Promote andfacilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and other wastesthroughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriateDBS tools to eliminatethem

Promote and facilitateassociate development in various DBS tools and kaizenleadership

Whoyouare :

BSor BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master’s Degreepreferred with at least 5 years of workexperience

Ability toaccurately assess key business metrics and situations from a“general manager’s” point ofview

Mastery of a variety ofDBS tools (either Lean or Growth related DBS Tools, depending onareas(s) theysupport)

Demonstratedleadershipcapabilities

Ability to inform, convince, and persuade others to action onDBS and key initiatives

Fluentin English andGerman

Itwould be a plus if you are alsoexperienced :

Preferablyproven track record of successful projectmanagement
