SAP Payroll Consultant

Job Title : SAP Payroll Consultant

Type : Contract (6 months + extension)

Responsibilities :

• Lead configuration and optimisation of SAP Payroll (PY-DE) and / or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Analyse and document client payroll processes; perform FIT / GAP analysis and propose best-practice solutions.
• Implement payroll schemas, rules (PCRs), and wage types, ensuring compliance with German legal and tax regulations.
• Support integrations with SAP HCM, Time Management, FI / CO, and SuccessFactors modules.
• Conduct testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and manage parallel payroll runs for data validation.
• Provide expert-level support during go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to HR and payroll teams.
• Collaborate with internal consultants and client stakeholders in both German and English environments
