Join our mission to empower the engineers of tomorrow! As an Account Executive at Synera, you'll collaborate with visionary engineers from top brands like NASA, EDAG, and RLE International.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Join our dynamic sales team of Daniel, Pani, Markus, Akhil, Lorenz and Mike, all passionate about tech products and dedicated to turning our customers into industry stars.

As an Account Executive, you'll be working in a green field market, providing you with the unique opportunity to be a pioneer and make a change.

Your primary focus will be on generating new business and supporting exciting ventures, selling a complex product in a new market category that many are not yet familiar with.

What a week at Synera might look like :

  • Monday : start the week with a Team Kick-Off to review goals and align on priorities, while engaging in outbound activities and reaching out to potential leads.
  • Tuesday : focus on qualifying the leads by pitching Synera and conducting demos to showcase its value.
  • Wednesday : conduct thorough use case screenings and deep dives with potential customers to qualify opportunities, and chat with your team lead Daniel in a regular 1 : 1.
  • Thursday : drive the closing process, aiming to finalize deals and secure new business partnerships.
  • Friday : use this time to refine strategies, seek feedback, and plan for continuous improvement in your role.

Join our next team event and connect, relax, and have fun together with other Synerians!

Within the first 1-3 months :

  • Conduct 30 discovery calls (both outbound and inbound) to understand client needs and introduce our solutions.
  • Create 12 qualified opportunities per quarter, ensuring a robust pipeline for potential deals and collaborations.

Within the first 6-12 months :

Achieve your first win by successfully closing an opportunity!

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • A strong understanding of CAx tools and their applications in engineering.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and bring in new customers.
  • Proven experience and success in sales effectively pitching and selling complex products, ideally in an engineering domain.
  • Experience in presenting at conferences and industry events with confidence and charisma.
  • Proficiency in German language to effectively communicate with German-speaking customers and stakeholders.
