Responsibilities

  • Drive sales targets and product qualifications within the region
  • Understands customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Brings the outside-in view to support the internal team to enhance product portfolio development
  • Participates and supports customers during product trials and qualification
  • Being responsible for the entire sales process with customers, with the support of Clariant’s dedicated teams
  • Maintains an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends within the industry
  • Represent Clariant at selected industry events and / or conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields (Master’s or PhD optional)
  • 10+ years of experience within the polypropylene industry
  • Confident in communication and cooperation with multicultural teams
  • Pro-active personality, self-driven, self-organized
  • Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
  • Eager to align with relevant stakeholders and develop long-lasting relationship with key customers across different functions and levels
