You will support all business transformation projects with their process and data requirements.Act as a senior process and / or senior data analyst on transformation projects to support the business users as well as our partners and suppliersCollect business requirements and develop proposals on how to fulfil themAnalyze processes and the users pain points, create user journeys;

develop and document re-engineered and efficient processes working with the process expertsAnalyze business data and identify data quality issues and their resolutionDevelop data and KPI definitions and implement these into our global business glossary and data catalogSupport development of a scalable and modular process & data architecture to build solid data foundationSupport, upskill and train business users on process and data ownership and drive a process and data driven culture and mentalityDesign and support implementation of data quality processesYour QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or comparable.

Experience working as part of project team on transformations in Operations and Supply Chain ManagementSolid experience with data analysis and data quality initiativesSolid experience with process analysis and process documentationTechnical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques ;

Microsoft Azure knowledge is a plusKnowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (Python, XML, or ETL frameworks)Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPMN2.
