general knowledge of the bank, its products and its processes

a deep knowledge in accounting in Lux Gaap and IFRS

good knowledge in auditing standards, risks and internal control in general

excellent written and verbal communication skills

perfect knowledge of French and English

graduate university degree with 2-5 years auditing or risk experience

then you could join our team of Accounting Policies, Methodology & Controls. The team is organized in 3 domains of expertise and your role as Finance – Control & Policies Officer is :

Accounting & Regulatory Policies

Ensure compliance with new Regulatory, Group accounting policies requirements

Play an instrumental role in the analysis and implementation of new products in the reporting process (Product Approval Plan)

Create and maintain accounting scheme in compliance with Group & local accounting policies

Ensure that the evaluation of SOX is adequately established and maintained within the Bank. This includes among others :

scoping & Mapping with the financial statement in order to identifying SOX significant critical processes in the Bank,

monitoring of Risk & Control Assessments led by Process owners for the design of Key controls,

monitoring of testing activities,

Preparation of Interim and Year-End evaluations,

Coordination of SOX404 sign-off on SOX404 statement by CEO and CFO,

Regular contacts with various specialists in the group and the management of the bank, ensuring open communication channels for all SOX404 related topics.
