As a mid-level Risk Officer, your responsibilities will include :
- Overseeing the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of risks, including market, liquidity, operational, and valuation risks.
- Participating in the analysis of complex transactions and closely collaborating with stakeholders, including board members, legal advisors, and investment managers.
- Leading risk modeling projects (both qualitative and quantitative) while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing investment compliance and ensuring adherence to defined risk profiles.
- Coordinating and implementing the global risk management process for diversified assets, including private equity, real estate, and fund of funds.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of risk measurement tools and the optimization of risk management procedures.
- Preparing and analyzing risk management data for official reports submitted to regulatory authorities.
As a mid-level Risk Officer, you should :
Have 2 to 4 years of experience in risk management in Luxembourg , ideally gained within a Big Four audit firm, a financial institution, or a fund management company.Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.Have advanced proficiency in Excel and Office tools; knowledge of Access and financial modeling tools is a plus.Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, or risk management.Be fluent in both English and French; knowledge of other European languages will be an additional advantage.As a mid-level Risk Officer, you will benefit from :
