Tasks

  • Assist in automating sales workflows and improving processes.
  • Support data analysis to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement tech-driven solutions .
  • Manage CRM updates and integrate sales tools for better performance.
  • Optional) Engage in cold calling to support lead generation.

Requirements

Must-haves :

  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Business-level German proficiency required.

    • Nice-to-have :

  • Basic understanding of AI solutions and sales processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Your Background :

  • Currently enrolled in a Business, Sales, or Tech-related degree program .
  • Previous experience in sales, CRM management, or tech-related roles is a plus.
  • Cold-calling experience is an advantage but not required.
