Als Lead Business Functional Analyst (m / f / x) hast du die Chance, die Automatisierung unserer Service Prozesse maßgeblich mitzugestalten.

Du arbeitest im Phoenix Prozess Bereich direkt mit dem Team zusammen, das die zukünftigen Geschäftsprozesse der Unternehmensbank definiert.

Du sorgst dafür, dass die fachlichen Anforderungen wohldefiniert sind, an unsere eigenen oder die Entwicklungsteams anderer Tribes adressiert werden, dort verstanden sind und die Entwicklung der für eine komplexe Prozessautomatisierung notwendigen Workflows und Services zu einem funktionierenden Ganzen wird.

Wir suchen dich, wenn du in Prozessen denkst, die Kundenperspektive einnehmen möchtest und uns hilfst, Serviceprozesse für unsere Kunden neu zu denken.

Deine Aufgaben :

Identifizieren des gesamten Spektrums an Geschäftsanforderungen und Übersetzen von Anforderungen in spezifische Funktionsspezifikationen für die Lösungsentwicklung und -implementierung

Erstellen und Ausführen von Roadmaps, die sich auf die Lösungsentwicklung und -implementierung konzentrieren

Abstimmung mit anderen wichtigen Interessengruppen (z. B. Projektmanagement und Softwareentwicklung), um die Verbindung zwischen den Geschäftsbereichen und den Lösungsanbietern für alle Aspekte der Identifizierung, Implementierung und Wartung von Lösungen zu unterstützen

Deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen :

Masterabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik, Software-Engineering oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung, kombiniert mit soliden Kenntnissen der Geschäftsprozesse der Bank

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als BFA oder Product Owner, insbesondere in komplexen mehrere Applikationen umfassenden Bereichen, idealerweise auch bereits als Team Lead

Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Herangehensweise, um Ideen in eine Skalierten Agilen Umfeld in Anforderungen umzusetzen

Hervorragende Präsentations- und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Sicherheit im Umgang mit den Standard-Tools (Jira, Confluence) und in BPMN 2.0, Adonis

Englisch und Deutsch fließend

In the Phoenix Process area, you work directly with the team that defines the future business processes of the corporate bank.

You ensure that the technical requirements are well-defined, addressed to our own or the development teams of other tribes, understood there and that the development of the workflows and services necessary for complex process automation becomes fits together like part of a perfect puzzle.

Your key responsibilities :

Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation

Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes

Designing and assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processes

Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation.

Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to become the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing and maintaining solutions.

Your skills and experiences :

Master's degree in economics, computer science, software engineering or comparable professional experience, combined with solid knowledge of the bank's business processes.

Several years of professional experience as a BFA or Product Owner, especially in complex environments involving multiple applications, ideally also as a team lead

Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to converting ideas into requirements in a Scaled Agile environment.

Excellent presentation and persuasive communication skills

Security in using the standard tools (Jira, Confluence) and in BPMN 2.0, Adonis

Fluent in English and German
