Technical Product Manager (m / f / d)

To further drive digital health protection and enable more people to access meaningful preventive care, we are strengthening our Product Team. We are therefore looking for a Technical Product Manager (m / f / d) to join us full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Ideally, you are based in the Berlin / Brandenburg area - but if not, you are still very welcome to apply.

Your role in a team :

• Own and evolve the claims automation product area, ensuring a smooth and efficient claims experience for customers and claims agents.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to analyze current claims handling workflows and identify automation opportunities that reduce manual effort.
• Work closely with engineers, data team, and designers to build intelligent solutions that support claims agents’ productivity and accelerate claims processing.
• Define clear product goals, KPIs, and success metrics to measure automation impact (e.g., claims resolution time, automation rate, agent productivity).
• Translate strategic initiatives into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and technical feasibility for the engineering team.
• Develop and communicate a product roadmap for claims automation, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation.
• Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and insights to guide prioritization and validate product improvements.
• Ensure smooth delivery using Scrum, partnering with the Engineering Manager and Scrum Master to drive iteration planning and execution.
