We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Helicopters and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Program Support Obsolesence Manager" (m / f / d).

Your tasks :
- Management and follow-up of complex and international S&S Obsolescence Contracts under your responsibility including German customer relationship and monitoring of progress
- Lead the execution of the obsolescence management part of acquisition contracts for new helicopters or support contracts for the German program in-service fleet
- Implement S&S Obsolescence Management Policy which includes the definition and implementation of End to End customer oriented service solutions (German Change Board member, GE …)
- Continuous process of obsolescence management processes and tools (definition and implementation of Customer related obso processes and means, S&S representative on Obsolescence Transformation Project ,…)
- Represent S&S on German OSC Plateau and support the German OSC with respect to S&S contribution and escalation
- Coordination solutions within German Support Programs, German Material Support, German MRO and Head of Program Support
- Obsolescence Management Obsolescence case Customer Impact (Business Case, roadmap, …) and prioritization / definition of Obsolescence Solutions for the German program in-service fleet (Impact : short, mid and long term)
- Develop and manage Customer information / communication / decision on Obsolescence cases and implement appropriate communication means for the German program inservice fleet
- Provide a vision of the existing solutions on the market to treat obsolescence issues H135 / H145 / BO105 / BK117
- Evaluation of customers (H135 / H145 / BO105 / BK117) context criticality and escalate need for support and urgent cases, with the support of AHF team
- Support to offers (H135 / H145 / BO105 / BK117) with respect to Obsolescence and coordination of Obsolescence Management offers towards Customers within S&S
- Manage obsolescence treatment prioritization for German Program (H135 / H145 / BO105 / BK117, XX) to support spares logistics in order to reduce backorders and improve spares TAT related to MRO design activities
- Manage MEGHAS contract workload for German Program (H135 / H145 / BO105 / BK117)
- Obsolescence contracts management (Customer & Supplier)
Your profile :
Completed studies in the field of project Management, engineering, aerospace, international Management or a comparable qualificationMore than 4 years of professioanl experience in the field of :Customer Service
Project LeadingProject ManagementContract ManagementMore than two years of professioanl experience in the field of Supply Chain / LogisticsConfiguration Management Experience is desirableGood knowledge of TOM Obsoleszenz-Management-ToolProfessional experience within the Airbus Group is a great advantageGood knowledge of Google Suite, MS-Office, SAP and WindchillFluent in German and EnglishExperienced knowledge of French is a great advantageAn english CV is required!We offer you :
