Your mission

  • Lead contract negotiations with EPC subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage and administer subcontractor agreements ensuring compliance with obligations working closely with Project Management on contractual terms deadlines and budgets.
  • Support senior lawyers in claims management dispute resolution and other legal matters.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and report on contract metrics to management.
  • Ensure all contracts meet applicable laws industry standards and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams EPC partners suppliers and subcontractors.

Your profile

  • Bachelors degree in Law (preferably German or Common Law).
  • Fluency in English and German strongly preferred; additional European languages are a plus.
  • At least five years experience in contract management ideally in one or more of our core markets (the UK Ireland Germany the Netherlands Denmark Italy Romania and Hungary).
  • Solid knowledge of standard construction contracts (e.g. FIDIC) subcontracts purchase orders and supply contracts ideally in the solar energy sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive independent and comfortable working in cross-functional international teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) MS Teams Sharepoint and electronic signing platforms (DocuSign Adobe Sign).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and contract management software is a distinct advantage.
