The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.

We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.

Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.

Thanks to everyone's commitment, we live up to our motto of being the best-in-class airport. Our reputation is also reflected in a few key figures : by the end of 2022, for example, we reached 4.05 million passengers and 975,000 tonnes of cargo.

In order to continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : a Project Engineer - Team "New Projects" - in Finance and Real Estate Department.

The aim of this recruitment is to complete the existing team, in charge of the complete management of new projects managed by the airport.

The ideal profile is electrical engineering oriented.

Your responsibilities

Your daily tasks

  • Taking charge of the complete management of projects of various sizes and nature (airport infrastructures and techniques, building techniques, external installations, technical engineering (high, low and special currents), civil engineering, etc.)
  • Applying technical concepts, solutions, methodologies and strategies in response to requests from internal and external services at the airport
  • Drawing up specifications, plans, calls for tenders, organisation, planning and monitoring of the execution of works, budgetary monitoring
  • Providing relevant information to the hierarchy for information and validation
  • Participating in the integration of new employees

The required profile

Studies / training :

Postgraduate degree (Engineer or Master) in electrical engineering or equivalent experience

Experience :

  • 3 years experience in project management

    • Skills and knowledge required :

    IT Tools :

    Mandatory :

  • Microsoft Office Suite ;
  • Specific knowledge of project management (MS project);

    • Languages  : Mandatory :

  • English : fluent spoken and written;
  • French : fluent spoken and written;

    • Nice-to-have : German is a plus.
