In this role you will operate and evolve the companys internal IT systems while driving a major infrastructure transformation. Youll work in a generalist environment with a wide technical scope minimal bureaucracy and zero external client pressure.

What youll do:

• Operate and administer Linux & Windows servers
  
  

• Manage web/app servers databases and CI/CD pipelines
  
  

• Automate and orchestrate infrastructure (Docker Ansible Kubernetes or similar)
  
  

• Ensure IT security monitoring and backups
  
  

• Support internal users (all tech-savvy colleagues)
  
  

• Contribute to long-term infrastructure redesign
  
  

What youll have:

• Proven experience in Linux/Windows system administration
  
  

• Experience with automation CI/CD and virtualization
  
  

• Strong networking firewall and IT security knowledge
  
  

• Hands-on with Git Jenkins Docker Ansible Proxmox
  
  

• German level B2 or higher
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Kubernetes or other orchestration tools
  
  

• Infrastructure-as-Code or advanced scripting
