Sales Account Executive

90,000 – £110,000 + package

Germany Permanent

Remote (with travel within Europe)

Germany, Netherlands, Belgium

90k to £110k (plus 100% OTE)

Our client is seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Account Executive to aid in their European expansion. This position is part of a dynamic team within a leading tech division specializing in AI-driven solutions for industrial applications.

  • Develop and streamline a scalable sales process from initial interest through to contract finalization and customer growth.
  • Identify and connect with potential enterprise clients, building a strong sales pipeline, understanding their specific needs, and creating compelling business proposals and responses.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives in both large enterprises and mid-sized companies.
  • Deliver presentations to C-level executives, encompassing discovery sessions, product demos, and proposals.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in industry events.
  • Collaborate with software consultants for sales and presales support.
  • A driven individual with a passion for generating new business and aligning revenue strategies with company goals.
  • Around 5+ years of experience in B2B / Enterprise SaaS sales, particularly in digital manufacturing, manufacturing operations, asset reliability, and connected worker solutions.
  • Fluency in local language and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the manufacturing industry (such as pharma, semiconductors, oil & gas) with an established network of C-level contacts.
  • Experience in leading Industry 4.0 digital transformation sales efforts.
  • Strong business acumen with a relevant degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performance sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the role of AI in manufacturing.
